Follow the steps below:
1- [Start] [Run] [Regedit]
2- Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Explorer\BitBucket
3- Modify/Create the Value Data Type(s) and Value Name(s) as detailed below.
4- Data Type: DWORD // Value Name: NukeOnDelete
5- Setting for Value Data: [0 = Use Recycle Bin / 1 = Permanently Delete]
6- Exit Registry and Reboot
Another Method
1- start->run->gpedit.msc->
2- user configuration ->desktop->remove recycle bin from desktop->
3- double click->change it not configured to enable->
4- apply and ok.
5- now come to start->run->gpupdate.exe and press enter.
6- your recycle bin icon is gone from desktop nad you will need to revert your settings for get that back.
7- after reverting setting make sure to run gpupdate.exe command.
